Will there be any free time?

Will I be sharing a tent?

Where is the retreat held?
The retreat is held in a beautiful setting within Yellowstone National Park, providing a perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures.

 

What are the accommodation amenities?
Participants will have access to camping amenities, including tents and camp kitchen facilities. Lodging for the nights before and after the horse-packing trip will be comfortable and cozy.

 

What’s the nearest airport, and is transportation included?
The nearest airport is Bozeman, MT, which is approximately two hours from the trailhead. Transportation for guests is included in the retreat package.

 

What are our transportation guidelines?
The retreat package includes transportation for guests between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

 

How many people will attend?

The retreat can accommodate 6 participants, with a maximum capacity of 12, including guides and staff.

 

Meals and Dietary Preferences

 

Are meals included?
Yes, all meals are included and prepared by our outfitters and your host.

 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, dietary restrictions will be accommodated as best as possible, and participants are encouraged to communicate their needs upon booking.

 

Booking and Payments

 

What is the cost of this retreat? 

The total cost of the trip is $5,997 and will be split over 3 payments of $1,999 that will be invoiced and sent to the contact email you provide upon booking. Payment 1 is due at the time of booking. Payment 2 is due 3/15/2025. Payment 3 is due 6/15/2025.

 

How do I reserve a spot for the retreat?

Simply book your spot by adding the retreat you would like to attend to your cart and pressing the check out button. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to make the trip for any reason you are able to transfer your deposit to another lady or receive a 75% credit to use for a 2026 HOJ event. In the unlikely event that your guides have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund!

 

General Information

 

What should I bring for the activities?
Participants should bring a sleeping bag, sleeping mat, personal belongings (35 lbs max, preferably in water-resistant duffels), outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear, and any personal items for comfort. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.

 

Will there be Wi-Fi and cell service at the accommodation?
While there may be Wi-Fi at the accommodations on the first and last days of the retreat, cell service may be limited in some areas of Yellowstone during the horse-packing trip. Participants are encouraged to unplug and fully immerse themselves in the experience during the retreat.

 

Do I need any tags, licenses, or permits?
If you would like to fish during this retreat a fishing license will be required. More details provided after booking. 

 

Do I need to be a certain age to attend?
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
