Event and Activities
What is the main focus of the retreat?

Do I need experience with any of these activities?
No prior experience is needed; all levels are welcome.
 
Will there be any free time?
Yes, there will be designated free time. 
 
Accommodations and Location
 
Where is the retreat held?
At a private Ranch in Carey, Idaho (specific details provided after booking).
 
What are the accommodation amenities?
Nylon tents, cots, sleeping pads, a communal cook tent, a fire pit, picnic tables, and a bathhouse with electricity.
 
Will I be sharing a tent?
Yes, tents accommodate two people. 
 
What’s the nearest airport, and is transportation included?
Boise, Idaho (BOI). Transportation is not included; participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
 
How many people will be at the retreat?
A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 13 participants, including hosts.

What is the cost of this retreat?
The total cost of the trip is $4,599.00 and will be split over 3 payments that will be invoiced and sent to the contact email you provide upon booking. Payment 1 ($1,533) is due at the time of booking. Payment 2 ($1,533) is due 3/15/2025. Payment 3 ($1,533) is due 5/15/2025.
 
How do I reserve a spot for the retreat?
Simply book your spot by adding the retreat you would like to attend to your cart and pressing the check out button. 
 
Will I be charged interest or any fees for not paying in full?
No, we are happy to split the total cost into three payments!! No fees, just come and have the time of your life! We are so proud of you for investing in yourself and doing the things that excite you - this is going to be the trip of a lifetime! **Please note that invoices not paid by the due date will acquire a $25 per day processing fee.**
 
What if I want to pay in full?

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
If you are unable to make the trip for any reason you are able to transfer your deposit to another lady or receive a 75% (of your payment) credit to use for a 2026 HOJ event. In the unlikely event that your guides have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund!
