Yes, there will be designated free time for relaxation, exploration, and optional activities such as hiking or fishing.
 
Will I be sharing a room?
Accommodations are camping-based, typically shared in 4-6 man tents. Each tent usually accommodates two people, but you can opt for your own tent or sleep under the stars.

Where is the retreat held?
The retreat takes place in the breathtaking Sawtooth Mountain Range, near Stanley, Idaho. More details on exact location provided after booking. 
 
What are the accommodation amenities?
Participants will camp in tents provided by Mystic Ranch. Options include sharing tents, opting for your own tent, or sleeping under the stars for a more immersive outdoor experience.
 
What’s the nearest airport, and is transportation included?
The nearest airports are Boise, Idaho (BOI), Hailey, Idaho (SUN), and Salt Lake City, Utah (SLC). Transportation to the trailhead is not included in the retreat package.
 
What are our transportation guidelines?
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the retreat location. 
 
How many people will be at the retreat?
The retreat accommodates a total of 10 participants, including the hosts and facilitators (excluding Mystic Ranch staff).
 
Meals and Dietary Preferences
 
Are meals included?
Yes, all meals will be provided by Mystic Ranch throughout the duration of the retreat.
 
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Participants are encouraged to communicate any dietary restrictions when booking so that accommodations can be made.
 
Booking and Payments
 
What is the cost of this retreat?
The total cost of the trip is $4,197 and will be split over 3 payments of $1,399 that will be invoiced and sent to the contact email you provide upon booking. Payment 1 is due at the time of booking. Payment 2 is due 3/15/2025. Payment 3 is due 6/15/2025.
 
How do I reserve a spot for the retreat?
Simply book your spot by adding the retreat you would like to attend to your cart and pressing the check out button. 
 
Will I be charged interest or any fees for not paying in full?
No, we are happy to split the total cost into three payments!! No fees, just come and have the time of your life! We are so proud of you for investing in yourself and doing the things that excite you - this is going to be the trip of a lifetime! **Please note that invoices not paid by the due date will acquire a $25 processing fee.**
 
What if I want to pay in full?

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
If you are unable to make the trip for any reason you are able to transfer your deposit to another lady or receive a 75% credit to use for a 2026 HOJ event. In the unlikely event that your guides have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund!

While every phone carrier varies, we would not count on there being any wifi or service during this retreat.

Yes, participants must be 18 years or older to attend this retreat.
