Her Outdoor Journey is committed to creating transformative educational experiences, unforgettable destination retreats, and guided hunts for adventurous women passionate about the outdoors and eager to build their confidence.
Since our inception in 2018, our goal has been to bridge the gap for women in the outdoor community through unparalleled experiences that equip, connect, and inspire them in their outdoor pursuits.
We curate and host exceptional retreats, events, and guided hunts that promote personal growth, adventure, and camaraderie in breathtaking natural settings. Driven by a passion to help others gain confidence and independence in the outdoors, Her Outdoor Journey was created to encourage and empower women and families.

We aim to continually meet women where they are in their outdoor journey by creating safe and welcoming events that help build their confidence!
We are passionate about serving women in the outdoor space and are equally excited to create dream careers for those who want to pour into others and rewrite the narrative for women in the outdoors.
The Her Outdoor Journey team is a dynamic group led by faith and driven by a desire to make an impact in our community through wild adventures. Whether you're looking at one of our HOJ team positions or want to become a guide/host, we encourage you to apply! Thank you for your interest in joining Her Outdoor Journey! At this time, we are not hiring for our women’s Event Host/Guide positions or team roles. We will begin accepting applications for Event Host/Guide positions in June 2025.
